Bank money transfers are serviced by Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. Customers’ bank account numbers are only stored in the system operated by Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. Photogenica does not store such data in its systems. In order to protect your account, you should observe following guidelines:

• 1. Do not disclose your Photogenica account access information to third parties,
• 2. Do not store your Photogenica account access information in places potentially accessible by third parties (e.g. on shared folders, your inbox etc),
• 3. Do not answer e-mail messages that ask you to e-mail your confidential access information (Photogenica does not send such requests),
• 4. Your password should contain both digits and letters as well as special characters (e.g. # %),
• 5. Your password should be changed on a regular basis,
• 6. You should log out everytime you leave your desktop, especially in case you have prepaid funds at the Photogenica account or if your desktop can be accessed by others.
