How to download files purchased on the single item basis?
Single content items added to basket, ordered and checked out, can be downloaded through the menu "My downloads - Order details". You can get there clicking the link placed in the payment confirmation e-mail, or clicking the “view order” link placed on the "My downloads – Paid orders" page.
In order to download a file you need to click its preview and save the file to a destination folder. The download process shall start automatically. Some files may require preparation before downloading. If a file is still being prepared when you enter the "My downloads - Order details" page, you will see its preview greyed out. No need to refresh the page; wait a moment until the preview is presented normally. Usually, the file preparation for the entire order does not take more than one minute.
Download history. Most files in every order can be re-downloaded with no extra charge within one year from the purchase date.

How to download files available within packs?
After having purchased a download pack and signed in, you can start downloading files directly from search results, clicking the blue arrow visible after driving mouse over an image. This will trigger download of a largest file available within your pack, for the selected content item. Files can also be downloaded through the content enlargement view (zoom), where you can select the file size and simply click the blue "Download" button. Only files marked with the blue arrow (in the search results) are available for packs. In order to search only for content available within packs, go to the "Available within packs and subscriptions" tab in search results.
If you have more than one pack on your account, you will be asked to select the pack you want to use for a specific download.
Download history. Files downloaded within packs can be re-downloaded with no extra download count through the page "My downloads - Downloads within pack", during the pack validity (i.e. within one year from the purchase date). You can see a list of your packs in the menu "My downloads - My packs and subscriptions".

How to download files available for credits?
After having purchased credits and signed in, you can start downloading files directly from search results, clicking the green arrow visible after driving mouse over an image. This will take you to content enlargement view (zoom) where you can select required file size and click the green "Download" button to initiate the download process. Only files marked with the green arrow (in the search results) are available for credits. In order to search only within content available for credits, go to the "Available for credits" tab in search results.
IMPORTANT!
Files downloaded for credits can be re-downloaded with no extra download count within the same credit limit. However, every download of a different file size (even for the same content item) shall count against the credit limit.
Files can be downloaded only within credit limit validity, i.e. within one year from the purchase date, or until the complete exhaustion of the credit limit.

After having purchased a subscription and signed in, you can start downloading files directly from search results, clicking the blue arrow visible after driving mouse over an image. This will trigger download of a largest file available within your subscription, for the selected content item. Files can also be downloaded through the content enlargement view (zoom), where you can select the file size and simply click the blue "Download" button. Only files marked with the blue arrow (in the search results) are available for subscription. In order to search only for content available within subscription, go to the "Available within packs and subscriptions" tab in search results.
