Purchasing single content items - 5 easy steps in Photogenica microstock:

• 1. Set up an account
  The registration is free. Just fill a short ">on-line form
  and sign in.
• 2. Search for images, illustrations, clips
  Enter a keyword into the search field that best describes an image that your are looking for,
  for example “woman”. See search tips for more details.
• 3. Prepare your order
  If you intend to purchase just one image, click the “Quick purchase” button placed in the image enlargement view.
  If you intend to purchase more images, illustrations or clips, add them to a cart and click the "Buy now" button.
  See the order page and complete invoicing details (if necessary).
• 4. Make a payment
  You can pay on-line (eTransfer, credit card, PayPal) or via a bank money transfer.
  You can also top up your Photogenica account upfront and then utilize prepaid funds to pay for current orders without being troubled to make a transaction every time you wish to download content.
• 5. Download files
  The content is made available for download through the “My downloads” menu, immediately after completion of the payment.
  Your invoices and licence agreements are accessible through the “My invoices” menu.

When you enlarge the selected content item, choose the desired size, and then click the "Quick checkout >>" button. The selected content will be added both to a lightbox (cart) and to your order. Check your data for the invoice. Make the payment and download the files and invoice.

Buy one of bundled offers: download packs, credit or subscriptions and save a lot compared to purchase of single items. Download packs are very flexible. You can select your own number of downloads for web use (low resolution files) or for print (high resolution files). Photos, illustrations and vectors available within packs are presented in search results, in the “Available within packs and subscriptions” tab. After purchasing a pack you can download files directly from search results or from the zoom view. Packs can be purchased on-line or off-line – they are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. There are no daily or monthly download limits. Show download packs. Credits can are offered as bundles of 20, 40, 90, 200, 400 and 1000 credits. Photos, illustrations and vectors available for credits are presented in search results, in the “Available for credits” tab. Pricing in credits is the same for all content items and depends on the file size – from 2 to 10 credits per file. After purchasing credits you can download files directly from search results or from the zoom view. Credits can be purchased on-line or off-line – they are valid for 1 year from the purchase date. There are no daily or monthly download limits. Show credits. Subscriptions are best for users who download images every month. Within a subscription you can download a set number of files every month. There are subscription valid for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months. Photos, illustrations and vectors available within packs are presented in search results, in the “Available within packs and subscriptions” tab. After purchasing a subscriptions you can download files directly from search results or from the zoom view. Subscriptions can only be purchased off-line. Go to the site presenting download packs, choose Internet or Print pack or – alternatively – define number of downloads for your customized pack and finally click the “Buy now” button.
You can pay on-line (eTransfer, credit card, PayPal, utilizing your Photogenica top up.) or off-line via a bank money transfer.
Your invoice and licence agreement will be accessible through the menu “My invoices”.
You can start downloading files immediately after the payment is completed.

Go to the site presenting subscriptions choose a subscription that best matches your needs and contact the Photogenica office. We will prepare a payment order for you to make a bank money transfer. Immediately after the payment is completed, we will ask you to sign up at the Photogenica site and downloading will be activated on your account. VAT invoice will be issued and sent to our e-mail address.

You obtain the right to use the image (licence) in the scope as specified on the invoice and in the Photogenica Licence Agreements. Copyrights to the images are held by the owner of the microstock Photogenica image bank (Photogenica Sp. z o.o.) or its licensors.

The Standard Licence includes the rights to use content for advertising and editorial publications, both electronic and printed (not exceeding the print run of 250 000 copies), as well as for private use with the print run not exceeding 10 copies. The Standard Licence does NOT include usage on book covers or for resale products, either printed (e.g. calendars, puzzles) or electronic (e.g. computer games, screensavers), which require and extended licence. The Extended Licence includes use in any printed or electronic product for resale, e.g.:

• - use in any printed product for resale, with no print run limit, e.g.: book covers, posters, calendars, cards, stationery items, stickers, mugs, T-shirts and other apparel items, mouse pads, toys, entertainment goods, framed artwork, or packing for the same
• - use in any electronic product for resale, e.g.: e-book covers, screen savers, web site templates, presentation templates, application or other software products, games, e-greetings, applications and images used on or in connection with mobile devices, including but not limited to mobile telephones and personal digital assistants.

Only non-exclusive licences may be obtained in the Photogenica microstock.

If you carry out a project for your client (within your business activities or within an assignment, as an advertising agency, graphic design studio, freelance designer, etc), you may use the stock photos within business activities conducted by you, without the right to sublicense. What this means for your client is that they may use images only within the project prepared by you. Your clients may not use the images in other projects that are not carried out by you. End users of images, using the images for promoting their products, within their own organisation, or for private purposes, may not sublicense the images, nor may they use the images for other entities.

Any known restrictions are displayed next to the enlarged image. The information displayed, however, may not contain all the restrictions and they SHOULD NOT be treated as an assurance or warranty. Licences granted by Photogenica Sp. z o.o. relate to usage of copyrights to images. Images may, however, be subject to other intellectual property rights, depending on the content presented. Those might be rights of publicity of depicted persons, industrial designs, names, logos, as well as other copyrights (e.g. of architectural designs.) Most images offered on the site have model release, that is a written consent of the portrayed persons for commercial usage of their likeness. Other restrictions depend mostly on the usage type, and a decision to obtain possible additional consents is on the licensee side.
