Image bank is a stock photo agency that licences ready to use content, including stock photos, images, illustrations or motion clips for commercial, advertising, editorial and private purposes.

Microstock is an image bank that:

• - usually offers content at very low prices;
• - cooperates with large number of content contributors;
• - is usually fully on-line based;
• - licences content on the Royalty Free basis (for a one time licence fee licensees may use the content with no major time, territory or usage limits).

Photogenica is a photo agency which offers ready to use royalty free images, stock photos, vector illustrations, motion clips and audio tracks available in various file sizes. You may use the Photogenica content on the Royalty Free (RF) basis, that is without territory or time restrictions. The licence price depends on the size of the downloaded file.

The licence scope is broad. Depending on the standard or extended option, you may use content in:

• - advertising layouts (commercial usage);
• - newspapers, magazines (editorial usage);
• - books, albums, students books, post cards;
• - in the Internet as website images, templates’ parts, in blogs etc.;
• - products for resale e.g. calendars,puzzles (extended licence required);
• - product design and packaging;
• - all kinds of in-company materials (presentations, reports, newsletters etc.);
• - mobile applications or appliances (e.g. in mobile phones);
• - private blogs, home décor, wallpapers etc.

Microstock image resources are available to professionals (advertising agencies, publishing houses, graphic designers, companies using images for in-house marketing purposes), as well as to private individual users.

There are four methods for buying content:

• - single items (all content is available as single items)
• - download packs (images,illustrations and vectors)
• - credits (images,illustrations and vectors)
• - subscriptions (images,illustrations and vectors).

Purchasing single content items on-line - 5 easy steps in the Photogenica microstock:

• 1. Set up an account
  The registration is free. Just fill a short on-line form
  and sign in.
• 2. Search for images, illustrations, vectors, film clips and audio tracks
  Enter a keyword into the search field that best describes materials that your are looking for, for example “woman beach sun”. See search tips for more details.
• 3. Prepare your order
  If you intend to purchase just one content item, click the “Quick purchase” button placed in the image enlargement view (zoom).
  If you intend to purchase more images, illustrations or clips, add them to a cart and click the “Buy now” button.
  See the order page and complete invoicing details (if necessary).
• 4. Make a payment
  You can pay on-line (eTransfer, credit card, PayPal) or via a bank money transfer.
  You can also top up your Photogenica account upfront and then utilize prepaid funds to pay for current orders without being troubled to make a transaction every time you wish to download content.
• 5. Download files
  The content is made available for download immediately after completion of the payment.
  Go to the “My downloads” menu. Your invoices and licence agreements are accessible through the “My invoices” menu.

Download photos, illustrations and vectors within subscriptions - 3 easy steps in the Photogenica microstock:

• 1. Choose your subscription.
  On the site presenting subscription offerseu choose a plan that best matches your needs. There are 20 standard plans, we can also prepare a tailored plan for you. Each plan allows you to choose from more than 50 million images, illustrations and vectors.
• 2. Buy your subscription plan
  Let us know via e-mail which plan best matches your needs. You will receive an invoice and after making a payment (via PayPal or a bank money transfer) you will receive your login details.
• 3. Download files
  Sign in.
  In order to search only within content available within subscriptions, to to the "Available within packs and subscriptions" tab. In the search results click the blue arrow in order to download the maximum file size. In the image enlargement view (zoom) select the file size and click the blue "Download" button.

The Photogenica content pricing depends on: purchase method, file size and licence option.
The pricing of single content items starts from EUR 1,9. Prices for all sizes are displayed in the image enlargement view.
Photos, illustrations and vectors are available within bundled offers: download packs (from EUR 0,79), credits (from EUR 0,83) and subscrptions (from EUR 0,58).
All above prices refer to the Photogenica standard licence. Extended licence (needed in case of using content on products for retail distribution like calendars, puzzles, textiles, mugs, etc.) can be purchased off-line, separately for selected content items. The extended licence pricing starts from EUR 90 per image.

1) On-line payment methods: credit card, PayPal; 2) Traditional bank money transfer (based on a self-generated payment order). Files are made available after the Photogenica bank account has been credited; 3) Using pre-paid funds from your Photogenica account. The account can be topped up at any time using all above payment methods. Pre paid funds can be utilized to pay for single content items, download packs and credit packages. After just one top up transaction you can download many images up to your pre-paid balance. Read more below. A subscription can be paid for via a bank money transfer or PayPal.

Photogenica users can make pre-payments (topping up their accounts). Such prepaid funds are visible after logging-in at the Photogenica website as funds that allow you to purchase single content items, download packs and credit packages (which can then be utilized to download content). Each purchase decreases the amount of prepaid funds by a respective amount. At any time users may make another pre-payment, topping up their Photogenica account. Prepayments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or traditional bank money transfer. A VAT invoice is automatically generated immediately after a pre-payment is made. A licence agreement containing numbers of selected content items is generated when you make payments for specific content items using your prepaid funds. Pre-payments are non-refundable. Topping up can be very practical, especially if content selections and payments are made by different persons or departments. After just one top up transaction you can download many images up to your pre-paid balance.

Photogenica Sp. z o.o. based in Wasaw, at 47 Domaniewska Street, is the owner of the Photogenica microstock website as well as personal database administrator. Owners of images are their authors, or persons who have obtained copyrights from authors. By obtaining a licence, users of the image bank do not become owners of images (that is they do not acquire proprietary rights) but are entitled to limited use of the images within the scope set out in the licence agreement.
